General Use
Customers must be 18 years or older to make purchases.

- Provide Your Details:
Enter your full name, email address, and create a password.
Confirm your password to ensure it’s accurate.
- Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification email. Click the link inside to activate your account.
- Complete Your Profile:
- Start Shopping: Once your account is set up, browse the wide variety of local stores and enjoy shopping from the comfort of your home!
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- To initiate a refund, please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

- All purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the policies of individual vendors.
- Payment methods accepted are listed at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring successful payment.
- Customers may not use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Any misuse of the platform will result in suspension or termination of your account.
- Cayman Shopping Hub serves as a marketplace platform. Each vendor sets their own terms, including shipping, returns, and warranties.
- Customers are encouraged to review vendor policies before completing a purchase.
- By using Cayman Shopping Hub, you agree to our privacy policy regarding the collection and use of your data.
- Cayman Shopping Hub does not store payment information. Transactions are processed securely through third-party providers.
- All purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the policies of individual vendors.
- Payment methods accepted are listed at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring successful payment.
- Cayman Shopping Hub is not liable for disputes arising between customers and vendors.
- We are not responsible for product quality, shipment delays, or misrepresentations made by vendors.

Vendor Eligibility

Account Registration
– Vendors must prvide accurate information during registration.
– Criteria for vendors to join the CHS platform.
Step 1: Visit the Registration Page
- Go to the Cayman Shopping Hub website and click on the “Register” button.
- Select “Vendor” to start the vendor registration process.
Step 2: Provide Basic Information
- Fill in your basic information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- Choose a strong password for your account.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
- Check your email for a verification link from Cayman Shopping Hub.
- Click the verification link to confirm your email address.
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
- Log in to your new account and complete your vendor profile.
- Provide additional details such as your store name, address, and business information.
- Upload your store logo and any other relevant images.
Step 5: Submit Required Documents
- Upload any required documents, such as business licenses or identification, to verify your vendor status.
- Ensure all documents are clear and legible.
Step 6: Await Approval
- Submit your application and await approval from the Cayman Shopping Hub team.
- You will receive a notification once your account has been approved.

Here’s a list of prohibited activities which should not be conducted by Vendors.
1. **Selling Illegal Goods
– Items that are illegal under applicable law, including but not limited and stolen goods.
2. **Fraudulent Activities**
– Engaging in deceptive practices, including phishing, identity theft, and false advertising.
3. **Unauthorized Sales of Regulated Goods**
– Selling items that require special licensing or permits, such as alcohol, tobacco, and prescription medications, without proper authorization.
4. **Misleading Product Listings**
– Providing false or misleading information about products, including inaccurate descriptions, prices, and availability.
5. **Spam and Unsolicited Communications**
– Sending unsolicited messages or engaging in spamming activities that annoy or harm users.
6. **Violating Privacy**
– Collecting or disclosing personal information of users without their consent.
– Information on commission rates & fees.
“We charge a competitive monthly subscription fee of only $199.00 0r $299 for our premium Plan and a 10% Commission rate on each sale, which allows us to maintain and improve our marketplace, support marketing efforts, and provide customer service.”
Commission Rate Calculation:
“For example, on a $25 sale, the admin fee would be $2.50. This straightforward approach ensures transparency and predictability.”
Our fee structure aligns our goals with yours, fostering a collaborative environment. Our collective success allows us to invest more in platform enhancements and marketing initiatives.
Sales Disbursement:
Partner Sale earnings will be disbursed to your registered Bank account on a regular schedule. We prioritize secure and timely payments.
Our Payment Process:
Given our local focus, customers will order online and pay cash upon delivery. After collecting payment, we’ll handle the bank deposit and transfer your earnings to you.”

Here’s a step-by-step guide for vendors on how to list your products on Cayman Shopping Hub:
**If your on the Free 30 day plan**
1. **Log In to Your Vendor Account**:
– Visit [www.caymanshoppinghub.com](http://www.caymanshoppinghub.com) and log in using your vendor credentials.
2. **Navigate to Your Dashboard**:
– Once logged in, go to your Vendor Dashboard where you can manage your store and products.
3. **Add a New Product**:
– Click on the “Add Product” button to start the process.
– Provide detailed information, including:
– **Product Name**: Clearly identify your product.
– **Description**: Highlight features, benefits, and specifications.
– **Price**: Set the retail price.
– **Category**: Choose the appropriate category (e.g., fashion, electronics, groceries).
– **Stock Quantity**: Indicate the available inventory.
4. **Upload High-Quality Images**:
– Add visually appealing images of your product to attract customers. Ensure the images are clear and showcase the product from multiple angles.
5. **Set Shipping Details**:
– Include shipping options, delivery timelines, and costs.
6. **Preview and Publish**:

– Click “Publish” to make the product live on Cayman Shopping Hub.
7. **Monitor Performance**:

– Shipping: Partners are responsible for shipping and handling.
Fees and Payments
– Commissions: 10% percentage of each sale goes to the platform.
– Payouts: Partners receive payouts as per the schedule.
Customer Service
– Vendors must respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly.
– Returns and Refunds: Partners must comply with the platform’s policies.
