How to Request a Refund

Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipment: Pack the item(s) securely and send them to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for refunds. We will issue a refund for the returned item, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
